Terms of Service

Gateway Christian Center ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Summer Worship Night Raffle registration service available at gatewaynyc.net. By using this service, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the raffle
• You must provide a valid U.S. cell phone number capable of receiving SMS messages
• One registration per person; duplicate entries will be disqualified

Raffle Entry

By completing the registration form, you will receive a unique raffle ticket number via SMS. This number serves as your entry into the Gateway Christian Center Summer Worship Night Raffle. Ticket numbers are assigned automatically and are non-transferable.

Text Messaging (SMS)

By providing your cell phone number and submitting the registration form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Gateway Christian Center related to your raffle entry and church communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Prize & Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected at random at the conclusion of the event
• Winners will be notified via the phone number provided at registration
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless stated otherwise
• Gateway Christian Center reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms

Limitation of Liability

Gateway Christian Center is not responsible for:

• Failed, delayed, or undelivered SMS messages due to carrier issues
• Technical errors during the registration process
• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the raffle

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.

Modifications

Gateway Christian Center reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the registration service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from participation in this raffle shall be resolved in the courts of Nassau County, New York.
